The Norsemen of Michigan Living History Society was formed in early 2015 to promote education and reenactment of the values, customs, technologies and the historical significance of the Nordic peoples in the Early Medieval Period sometimes known as the Viking Age in northern Europe from 750ce-1100ce. We are based in Michigan in the United States and set up an historically accurate encampment and put on trade craft demonstrations and presentations at Renaissance and Cultural festivals.
